Sept 3 (Reuters) – India’s top court dismissed the markets regulator’s pleas against the National Stock Exchange of India’s news broadcaster CNBC TV-18 said on Thursday citing news wire agency Informist.
The cases relate to the co-location and dark fibre issues, removing a major regulatory hurdle standing between the stock exchange and an initial public offering.
