Premier Inn owner Whitbread sees lower hit from UK property tax

Premier Inn owner Whitbread said on Tuesday it now expects business rate hikes announced in the autumn budget to have an impact of about 35 million pounds ($47.1 million) in fiscal year 2027, down from its earlier estimate of 40 million-50 million pounds.
