Italian court lifts controls placed on Loro Piana over labour practices

MILAN, April 17 (Reuters) – Italian cashmere brand ​Loro Piana, part ‌of French luxury group LVMH, ​said on ​Friday that an ⁠Italian court ​had ended early ​the special administration imposed on the ​company over ​alleged worker abuses in ‌its ⁠supply chains.
Loro Piana was placed under judicial ​administration ​in ⁠July last year for indirectly ​subcontracting its ​production ⁠to Chinese-owned firms accused of ⁠exploiting ​workers.
