BERLIN, April 15 (Reuters) – Germany will provide an additional 20 million euros ($23.58 million) to Sudan this year, with further funding commitments currently under review, the development ministry in Berlin said in a statement on Wednesday.
At the end of 2025, the ministry had provided 155.4 million euros for projects in Sudan and in neighbouring countries affected by the war in Sudan, which it would expand this year by 20 million euros, it said ahead of an international aid conference on Sudan in the German capital later on Wednesday.
