April 9 (Reuters) – Indian gas firm GAIL (India) plans to borrow 50-60 billion rupees ($539 million-$647 million) in financial year 2027, and recently bought three spot LNG cargoes to make up for shortages caused by the Iran war, Director Finance Rakesh Jain told reporters at an industry event on Thursday.
