BENGALURU, Aug 24 (Reuters) – Indian shares opened higher on Thursday, tracking the rise in Asian peers, ahead of the release of the Reserve Bank of India’s policy meeting minutes.
The Nifty 50 (.NSEI) index was up 0.36% at 19,514.65 at 9:16 a.m. IST, while the S&P BSE Sensex (.BSESN) rose 0.37% to 65,673.02.
