Domino’s Pizza UK posts 15% drop in annual profit

March 10 (Reuters) – Britain’s Domino’s Pizza Group on ​Tuesday posted a ‌15% fall in annual profit for ​a year ​plagued with muted demand, ⁠weak sales ​and high costs.
The group, ​which operates under the umbrella of U.S.-based ​Domino’s Pizza ​in the UK and Ireland, ‌logged ⁠91.2 million pounds ($122.65 million) in underlying pretax profit ​for ​the ⁠year ended December 28, below ​the 107.3 ​million ⁠pounds posted a year ago.
