Thai PM says 7,000 people rescued from Myanmar call centres to be handed over to Thailand

BANGKOK, Feb 19 (Reuters) – Some 7,000 people rescued from illegal call centre operations in Myanmar were waiting be transferred to Thailand, Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra said on Wednesday.
The government is acting quickly to resolve this problem, she said.
