Australia’s Firmus to launch $5 billion IPO on October 6, term sheet shows

SYDNEY, Sept 21 (Reuters) – Australian data center ​operator Firmus will ‌launch its initial public offering to ​raise A$7 ​billion ($4.99 billion) to institutional ⁠investors on ​October 6, according ​to a term sheet reviewed by Reuters.

The company’s ​shares will ​start trading on the ‌Australian ⁠Securities Exchange on October 22, the term sheet ​said.

Firmus ​did ⁠not immediately respond to ​a request for ​comment.
