Kazakhstan approves new constitution: 87.15% vote in favour, election commission says

ALMATY, March 16 (Reuters) – Kazakhstan ‌voted ​87.15% ​in ⁠favour ​of ​adopting a ​new ​constitution, the ‌Central ⁠Election ​Commission ​said ⁠on ​Monday.
