India cyber safety app mandate “breach of privacy”, main opposition party tells parliament

Dec 3 (Reuters) – India’s main opposition Congress party asked the upper house of parliament on Wednesday for permission to discuss issues related to the contentious cyber safety app, saying the order is a “clear breach of privacy of every smartphone/cell phone user”.
