Visa, Mastercard reach revised swipe fee settlement, court filing shows

NEW YORK, Nov 10 (Reuters) – Visa and Mastercard have reached a revised settlement with merchants who accused the card networks of charging too much to accept their credit cards, according to a Monday court filing.
The proposed settlement was disclosed in a letter filed in Brooklyn federal court by a lawyer for some of the plaintiffs.
